If you've placed an order with us and want to check current status, click here  and all you'll need is your order number and email address - that's it!

Service method
The Added Touch  utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders.

Daily cut-off for shipping
If we have the item on hand that you order,( Mon-Fri) our goal is to ship that item out the same day if the order is received before 4:00pm Eastern Time zone. If an order is received any weekday after 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time zone (EST) and we have the item on hand, we will do our best to ship out the following business day (Mon-Fri). If you order on a Friday after 4:00pm EST, and we have the item on hand, it will be shipped out at the beginning of the following  week.Those times that an item might be in transit from one of our manufacturers, we will ship the same day that it is received by us.

Order Errors

As the visitor to this website, you are responsible for verifying your order for correctness and accuracy. This applies to all orders. We are unable to change/modify an order once it is placed. If you have any concerns or questions about an order, please contact us prior to completing it so we can help you make sure everything is correct.

 

Returns

We have a very lenient return policy!

All we ask is that any return be made within 21 days after receiving mdse. After that time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and ticketed.

Personal items ( those items found on the “Fashion Secrets” page) are,for obvious reasons, non-returnable

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If everything is fine it will be our pleasure to issue you an immediate refund.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping back an item over $75, we ask that you use a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
